It is always a good idea to keep track of people within the congregation. This would help people to be able to find what they were looking for at a moments notice. It would also assist in being able to sort things by the various fields within the directory, including phone numbers, last names and interests. By being able to sort the directory within the software you will have an awesome tool at your hands. Not only will you be able to contact each individual member of the congregation at a moments notice, you'll be able to tell what their strengths and weaknesses are and can use that information to help them to grow.
